Didn’t have heat for 3+ days it was 55° inside. Not urgent to fix unbearable conditions. When repainting front door they ... left it propped open with no supervision like the email said for literally anyone to walk in the appt or for cat to walk out. They deleted all of our maintenance requests and then charged When they said they ordered it. Wifi does not work in the kitchen, want to eat and do work? Too bad. Wifi is TERRIBLE . Complained about the garbage disposal 4 times before it was actually fixed. Hung up on me while on the phone TWICE. Zero privacy. Let strangers into our apartment when no one was here for tour. Since there was no notice my bras and laundry and purse were all out in the open for STRANGERS to see. when I called to ask for a 24 hour notice next time they hung up on me. Dryers either don’t work and waste money each load or dry too hot and burn holes in my clothes. Everyone in main office rude. Maintained man under his breath said “wow this really is broken” thought we were lying lol. Walls so thin. Gym has been broken for years, nothing has been fixed. Hottub was broken for a solid year before fixed. Have never gotten an email response back ONCE. Maintenance man almost made me fail an online exam for entering while I was taking a proctored exam and refusing to leave while I’m screaming from my room trying to explain I’m taking an online proctored exam and that he cannot be in here making noises. They don’t tow so never any parking on game day. Have never gotten the Amazon gift card. Maintance always leaves a mess. laundry room is a fire hazard. Got harassed by workers 6 months into the lease bc we were “breaking” it due to having an undocumented animal, however, all the important info was given to the leasing office the day we signed the lease and they lost it and then blamed us not for providing them with it, when we had email receipts of us sending it the first time. During my recent visit to the Capital Villa, I had the pleasure of being given a tour by Madison. I must say, her helpfulness ... and friendliness made the entire experience even more enjoyable than I had anticipated. Madison was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and significance of each part of the villa, and she explained everything in a clear and concise manner. She was patient with all of my questions and took the time to ensure that I understood everything she was saying. In addition to being knowledgeable, Madison was also very personable. She was warm and friendly throughout the entire tour, which made me feel at ease and comfortable asking any questions that came to mind. Her demeanor made the tour more than just an informative experience, but also a fun one. Overall, I would highly recommend Madison to anyone visiting the Capital Villa. Her knowledge and friendly personality truly enhanced my visit, and I believe that anyone who has the pleasure of being given a tour by her will feel the same way. Great Maintenance Staff!
I live in apartment #143 and today there were two maintenance workers that came in to put in a brand new shower and toilet. ... I just wanted to commend and thank them for the work that they did. They were extremely friendly, respectful, and kind to my roommates and I. They cleaned up absolutely everything and it looks like they were never here. They worked quickly and the job they did was incredible. We have had a few maintenance requests this year and each time the work has been superb, and the maintenance worker has been nothing but polite and friendly. Quick, quality work 100% of the time.
