Great Maintenance Staff!

I live in apartment #143 and today there were two maintenance workers that came in to put in a brand new shower and toilet. I just wanted to commend and thank them for the work that they did. They were extremely friendly, respectful, and kind to my roommates and I. They cleaned up absolutely everything and it looks like they were never here. They worked quickly and the job they did was incredible. We have had a few maintenance requests this year and each time the work has been superb, and the maintenance worker has been nothing but polite and friendly. Quick, quality work 100% of the time. Everyone on staff is excellent at what they do!

Chris the Maintenance Supervisor

We needed our drain unclogged asap and we couldn't do it ourselves. I called and asked him to be here as fast as possible. Chris came super quick and snaked our drain and I could not be more grateful. Thank you Chris!

Helpful staff

The staff are always incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. They help however they can, specifically Josh, and John.

Current Resident Review

I have lived at Capitol Villa since August of 2015 and I am very satisfied with all aspects of the community. The staff have always been very willing to help me with any problems I may have. As well, the new bike rack has saved much hassle!

Capitol Villa Review

I have very much enjoyed living in Capitol Villa. It was a nice and easy transition from the dorms. The staff has been very helpful, and the people who do the maintenance are extremely efficient. Overall, my stay here has been great!
