There is a $50 application fee. The standard security deposit is $200 per bedroom.

Trash removal is included in the monthly rent. Additional monthly costs include a $90 technology fee, $15 for renter's insurance, and gas and water which are billed based on usage. Gas and water payments are made through the resident ledger to DTN, while electricity is set up directly with Lansing BWL.

A co-signer or guarantor is not required unless the applicant is unable to pass the standard qualification criteria. All residents are required to have active renter's insurance.
